Larry Moore was the editor at Surfing Magazine. His curation of images that made the magazine were brilliant and it captured our interests for years. But he was also a photographer who capture this special image of Blacks in California. Perfect peak, composition and off-shore. Larry passed in 2005 but this photo keeps his spirit alive.
